Ticket Policies 

All purchases are final. No refunds.

Ticket Sales - All ticket sales are online only or at the Will Call table prior to the show. If you would like to purchase tickets over the phone, please email boxoffice@theclaire.org or leave a message at 360-354-4425 and we will have the box office contact you. We accept VISA, MasterCard, local checks, and cash.

We do not have a physical Box Office. 

Cost is $18 for adults, $15 for students (ages 13-22) and seniors (62 and up), $13 for children (12 and under). The Claire asks that out of respect for your fellow patrons and the cast, please, no one under the age of 3 in the theater. They can be distracting to both the audience and the actors. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.

For group discount tickets (10+ tickets), make sure you use the code GroupRate as we are unable to refund or adjust costs of tickets after purchase if you make a mistake.

Ticket exchanges within the same show are for season ticket holders only and may be made with a minimum of 72 hour notice prior to show start at Box Office discretion by contacting boxoffice@thclaire.org. No exchanges at the door.

Physical tickets must be picked up at our Will-Call table located just inside the doors of the Dutch Village Mall. Please have mobile tickets loaded or screenshot on your phone when you arrive for easy check-in.

Doors open a half hour before curtain, please arrive at the theater at least 15 minutes prior to curtain.  At box office discretion, empty seats may be released 5 minutes before curtain. Late arrivals may be asked to wait outside until a scene change.

Wheelchair Seating- Wheelchairs must be in wheelchair seating only. Our theater can accommodate up to two wheelchairs(seats H 8 & 10) and their companions per performance. Wheelchair and companion seats can be purchased online or by contacting the ticket office. For those who use scooters, walkers and other mobility devices, we will store them outside the theater after you have been taken to your seat. Our ushers will be glad to assist with the storage and retrieval of the device as needed.

**Our balcony is not handicap accessible. Access to the balcony is stairs only. Please be aware of this when purchasing tickets for a show. Thank you!
